Some things never change...thankfully By John, the upstate retired carpenter... from upstate NY on 07/09/2009 Pros: Durable, High Quality Material Cons: Great for rough work Best Uses: Rough work in shop Describe Yourself: Casual, Retired woodworker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These Carhartt bibs stand up to rough working with recycled barn timber. Dirty, coarse 200 year old rough sawn oak timbers vs. Carhartt firm hand, ring spun fabric that eventually softens after numerous washings. The best there is with double layer fabric in high wear areas along legs and triple stitch seams. Always ready for work. If you wear these you know what I mean.
By No nickname from Gunnison, CO on 07/01/2009 Cons: Low Quality Material Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These bibs tend to wear out just above the double knee area.
By Tuckerman from Cool, Ca on 06/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, High Quality Material, Holds Color Well, Sturdy Best Uses: Heavy duty yardwork Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use these for work around my property like woodcutting and spliting, and brush clearing. They feel too small but you always have to buy overalls at least a couple of sizes big in the waist. I could not find the defect causing these to be 2nds.
I will buy this product again. By sportsr2 from Maryland on 06/02/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Great Fit Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Although the Carhartt Duck Bib Overalls (For Men) were seconds, I did not notice one single thing wrong. Material is heavy duty which makes them warm during the summer, but you can't have toughness with flimsy material. Liked the double knees. Buy them and save some $$.
