It's glitzy, but not tacky. For a small-waisted person, this will have to sit down on the hips, as you are limited by the heavily decorated part as to how tight you can pull-tie it. I am looking forward to perking up a solid outfit or making a work/office outfit less conservative for a dinner out.

It won't fit in any of my belt loops though which makes me wonder what types of pants it is made for. I was hoping to wear it with jeans but it won't work for me!
