By History Geek from Wiscosnin on 07/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Low Quality, Wears Out Quickly Describe Yourself: High-end shopper Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Meh - its ok. Don't wear a white bra, it is very sheer. I bought this for the office but it is too revealing. I am keeping for really hot days. Not super impressed with the quality of this garment.
By likesearthtones from durham, nc on 05/01/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Lightweight Best Uses: Going Out, Office Describe Yourself: Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Great shirt. More like grape color then brown. Very nice color. I read all the reviews about Pura Vida skirts, dresses etc and everyone said the clothes ran extremely small. So, I ordered the large on this shirt. Large it was! I am a 36-c and it was rather puffy around the back and above the waist. Too bad, too big. I would say this shirt runs true to size. I would normally wear a medium.
It is a two-piece shirt, they are not connected which gives the blouse more versatility - also the undershirt is very soft. It is a unique and elegant piece to wear with almost anything. Just get your true size.
super light-weight, a bit too sheer By Lola M from Palo Alto, CA on 04/20/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a cute set, tho it is so sheer that you really have to keep the overshirt piece on unless you're comfortable essentially baring all. It's great for hot & humid days when you want to dress up just a little. One cosmetic drawback is a big applique flower (?) on one side just below the gathered waist - it's almost like they had some leftover materials they wanted to get rid of, so they just stuck them there. Otherwise I really like it.
Cute...if you're ok with bling By Midge from NW Arkansas on 04/04/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Going Out, Office Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I will wear this to the office, and out with friends. It's an attractive cut. The rhinestones on the collar and big "flower" at the waist are not really the usual thing I would buy but the attractive design makes up for it.
By nikki from North Carolina on 01/15/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Describe Yourself: Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's really cute. The fabic is somewhat shear. I wear a 2/4 and had to take it in, but the length is not that long.
By Margaret from Chicago on 11/21/2007 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's cute and unusual. The floral applique is intentionally a little frayed (I think). The camisole has adjustable straps and elastic at the back neck so it won't gape or be too low. However, it is really sheer even with the blouse over it. I need to wear a second camisole underneath or I feel overexposed.
