Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This headlamp is no-nonsense and multi-useful. Our family have several ready for occassional power outages. They are also great for working in closets or other confined areas. I wear mine frequently when doing close work with computer parts or other electrical devices. The price is right compared to other headlamps that take more expensive batteries when they burnout more frequently. The Cyclops is the king of the one-eyed men - or something like that.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted a really good headlamp that I could use in the wilderness. The light on this one was much too dim though. It is a good price and good enough for a camping trip or goofing around though. It is just as bright as a regular flashlight.
