Brightest light for it's size I've owned By GaMtnLady from Ellijay, Georgia on 10/01/2009 Pros: Adjustable Beam, Bright, Durable, Rechargeable, Small and Compact Best Uses: Car Camping, Showing Real Estate Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I show Real Estate in homes that have power turned off. This light works better than my great big spot at about a quarter the size, very durable, and it's rechargeable. Love it!
By starpacker from Sonora, CA on 07/14/2009 Cons: Bulb is fragile, Low battery life, No replacement bulbs Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Cannot locate replacement bulbs - manufactured in China and in close-out through most catalogs.
On/Off Button Sucks, otherwise okay. By jsullivanj from Fort Worth, TX on 07/14/2009 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Only problem I have had is the ON/OFF button sticking. But I am smarter than the flash light, and I bang it, or lift it at just the perfect angle for it to release and come unstuck.
Detailed Instructions Would Be Nice By Michael Shannon from Northern VA on 07/13/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The instructions merely had a diagram of the component parts and no instruction regarding beam adjustment or the batteries. This is an unfortunate oversight, because I almost tore the battery stack apart, as I had never had a rechargeable like this one. DO NOT DO THAT. The battery works as a single unit and what looks like shrink wrap holds the stack together and protects the connection for the stack.
By Wilderness guide from Rolleston Australia on 05/26/2009 Pros: Bright, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The battries dont last that long when they are fully charged
By Justin from Oregon on 04/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased 2 of these lights in the belief, I was getting a high quality product at a great price (Usual STP deal). The light was fair at best. The rechargeable batteries were just shrink wrapped together and had to be removed from the light and mounted on a cheap plastic charger to recharge. I returned them and bought 2 smaller, brighter and less expensive CREE bulb lights.

By kayaker dds from nashville tn on 06/16/2008 Best Uses: Car Camping, Emegency, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: this thing is tough enough you could bust a window and the clobber someone with it. Rechargable batteries are odd. its like 4 size 123 batts packaged together and you take them out and put in specialized carger. really nice bright light. this is like what the cops use.
