By Peck from Virginia on 06/17/2008 Pros: Durable, Great design, High quality, Lightweight Cons: You're gonna look goofy Best Uses: Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is an excellent camping/travel vest that can pass for fishing purposes as well. More convenient and accessible than a backpack, this vest has a place for everything. It dries quickly (I've waded up to my chest with it on), has a 2way zipper, and is very comfortable— even on long day hikes or when paddling a canoe. If they manufactured a mesh version, for really hot days and vigorous aerobic activities (with a camelbak reservoir!), I would purchase it immediately. . .

They sold out of the women's and I wanted this vest for traveling and hill walking. I bought one for my husband, too. The fit is very good - a wee bit loose but that is perfect. Love the pockets! I'll break it in today on my way to Scotland. Great for travel.

Great vest, exactly what I wanted... By Ex-MA Hole from Concord, NH on 05/09/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I usually wear an X-Large....this is a bit snug, and a bit short, but I think that the Doulble XL would have been too big.
Awesome vest, though.
By Weasel from Kansas on 04/12/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The pockets are well designed and laid out very well. Although the vest is a bit on the small side it does not seem baggy as some vest. Should be great as an all purpose item and good for photo use.

Beautiful vest, but sized really small By bosstring from Livingston, MT on 03/11/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking and Camping Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent pockets inside and out: functional sizes, access, capacity, security. I'll be using the vest instead of a shoulder bag or backpack during a tropical trip. Drawback is sizing: order one size larger than usual.
