By Tina Traveler from Las Vegas, NV on 04/23/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The vest is very light, has such a sleek fit that it can be worn as a vest or as a sleeveless blouse. Looks casual with a t-shirt or dressy when worn with a blouse. I modeled it for some of my friends, and two of them immediately ordered vests for themselves! The vest does run a little large. I had read other people's comments about this, so I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear. It was perfect. The vest is NOT for large breasted women! Strangely, the pocket configuration is different for each color. White doesn't have inside pockets, black has inside front pockets with zippers only on inside, no access from the exterior, and khaki has inside front pockets with zippers on inside and zipper outside on one side.??

By traveller from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada on 01/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Well Made Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I own two of these vests, a black and a white. I love the look of both, but I'm disappointed that the white one does not have the inside security pockets that the black one has. I would like more information provided regarding which colors have the inside pockets and which don't. I would love to have a long sleeve shirt with the same type of inside pockets.
I am looking forward to bringing both of these vests with me on my next trip to Europe. I have been wearing them for going out and also for performing (I am a part-time singer).
By MA from Colorado Springs on 12/30/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Versatile Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Because I am flat chested and small, I thought my true size would be ok. But I should have heeded the other reviews that said it was tight in the chest. It really is!
By PDXer from Portland, OR on 11/07/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Cool in summer, Good Cut, Launders well, Lightweight, Versatile, Warm in winter Cons: Few sizes left, Not enough colors Best Uses: Daily Use, Going Out, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: In cool weather may be worn over a t-shirt, under a jacket, or both at the same time. Also maybe worn alone in warm weather. Has hidden inside security pocket that is virtually invisible (great for travel). Because it is shirt weight, it looks dressy under a sweater or a jacket. The fit is a little small, so order one size larger. The style is slimming. I had been looking for just such a versatile garment to layer. This is very practical for unpredictable climates (Oregon). I wish it came in more colors. I have two because it is a staple in my wardrobe. Oh....it packs light as well.
This worked perfectly - a great purchase By Eager traveler from The mountains of NC on 06/06/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Buy 1 size larger for fit, Good Cut Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was great to use in Eurpose with the roomy inside pockets since you do not want to carry a purse or fanny pack in many areas. It is a little warm if the weather is very hot but otherwise, it works great.
By Out for fun from Cold Spring, MN on 06/01/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Okay, I tried this vest twice. My normal size was too large in the bust as was the next size down (I am an almost A). the arm openings also seem large unless wearing something heavy underneath. The thing about this garment is the stiff fabric. The cut is nice, as are the hidden pockets but I wanted it to be more stylish for travel. To me, it screamed TRAVEL GARMENT!
By Out for fun from Cold Spring, MN on 05/21/2008 Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Versatile Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for the inside pocket to keep money safe on trip to Rome. Others said it ran small but it's a little big for me so will try next size down (probably the difference between buxom and flat-chested). It will work for casual but could be dressed up a bit.
Contourwear SPF 30+ Travel Vest By ekdugger from Gillette, Wyoming on 03/26/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This vest is very stylish. Unfortunately it did not fit across the bust. (to small) I had also ordered this vest the next size up, and overall it was to large. To bad, as I found it to be quite cute. Returned both.
