Very uncomfortable in full zip. If you have a long neck, perfect fit.
For us neck challenged, very uncomfortable. Wish it had hand pockets.
But a great vest outside of those 2 things.
The Marmot name stopped me. By Unwittingly color blind from Lincoln, NE on 08/13/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile, Warm Describe Yourself: Casual, Classic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Marmot makes great products. I own a number of different types of outdoor garments by Marmot and will actively seek out the brand. The color of this vest, however, should have been described as "blaze orange". It's a simple, universal color name familar to most any outdoor enthusiast. It's use when referencing garment color is a matter of basic common sense. Forget the use of the cutzie, nondescript color names unless you also provide a better tool for color reference. I'll only use this vest now for hunting...or patrol boy duty! Not happy with this purchase but not worth the hassle of going through the return process...it's what I hate most about catalog purchases.

Great material and quality.
By Eric the Green from Albany, Oregon on 04/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Cut, Lightweight, Versatile Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This vest fits better than many others I have purchased which seem to be cut for those on the rounder side. It is lightweight and the wind resistant layer qualifies it as an outer layer especially for active pursuits. It would easily fit under outerwear as well. Though I purchased the vest at a substantial discount, the product is good enough to consider at full price. Almost.
By daily walker in New York from western NY on 04/23/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Nicely made Best Uses: Daily Use, Travel Describe Yourself: Retired and happy Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this for my husband. His Marmot jacket is size small but he needed a medium in the vest. He hasn't really worn it yet but our Marmot jackets are wonderful and we expect the same for this.
