It washed well and was a little softer. A quick press and it was fine. I expected it to be softer, but it looks fabulous.

The only con I can add is that it is far less soft than usual cashmere/silk, but the color is gorgeous especially for brunettes like I am.

I don't know what this wrap was coated with (if anything) at the manufacturer, but it is really scratchy/itchy against bare skin, especially my neck.
