By Potterygal from Colorado Springs, CO on 10/13/2009 Pros: Capacity, Dishwasher Safe, Packability Cons: Hard to fold at first Best Uses: Breakfast, Dining Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought these as an award for Cub Scouts who sold popcorn. They love the ease of packing them for a campout and the cool design. Thanks
By Brian from Marietta, GA on 09/23/2009 Pros: "Origami" style, Compact, Handle does not get hot, Novelty Cons: Does not retain heat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Our family of 5 loves these. The kids have races to see who can fold them the fastest. On the practical side, they have a good capacity and aren't as flimsy as one might think. One con is that they don't retain the heat of coffee as well as the ceramic mugs we replaced (or metal ones, for that matter), but that's to be expected. They certainly take a lot less space. And there's always the novelty factor; they never fail to draw attention
I would buy this product for backpacking By Boise camper from Boise, Idaho on 08/23/2009 Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This product is made for backpackers. Easy to pack and useful in camp.
Fantastic space saver for backpacking By Raivyn from SoCal on 08/16/2009 Pros: Capacity, Dishwasher Safe, Durable, Easy to Clean, Folds flat Best Uses: Backpacking, Breakfast, Dining, Gifts Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Frequent Entertainer, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This mug (and all other Orikaso items) are great because they fold flat, take up virtually no room in your gear, are easy to clean, and very lightweight. Because they fold flat, if space is a premium, this is like sticking a piece of cardboard in your pack or other camping gear. They are easy to assemble, though prior experience in origami is helpful.
These fit in our picnic bags for times we don't want to use paper plates, thus saving money and the environment. We have lexan plates, but they're quite bulky to transport when camping/picnicking.
The handle was a pleasant surprise! The gradations to use as a measuring cup is also quite helpful.
We have the whole set - the mug is my personal favorite.

By The Packster from Durham, NC on 06/21/2009 Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This mug is GREAT! I love it. I have taken it with me on several backpacking trips. Not only is it light weight, but it is also sturdy. I drink coffee, soups and various cold drinks out of it. I have never had a problem with the mug being flimsy or unstable. The design is smart (just practice before you get into the field). I love that the mug also has graduations on the side for measuring and the handle is sturdy and convenient. I find that the mug is very durable and very easy to clean, simply unfold the mug (which takes 2 seconds)and wipe it down. This mug is a fantastic space saver because it unfolds flat and you can stick it anywhere.
By Nanci from Stillwater, MN on 05/05/2009 Pros: Compact, Dishwasher Safe, Durable Cons: Must Fold Each Use, Very Hard Describe Yourself: Bargain Hunter, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Though this product is very nice to take camping because it is so compact, it isn't my favorite product. You must fold and unfold the cup each time it's used which becomes a pain because it is a tougher plastic material.
By D R from Indianapolis on 04/20/2009 Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All these 'fold flat' Orikaso products are really handy and practical for backpacking. They are not much thicker than a piece of paper and they work well.
