I used this while doing yard work and while biking. It worked very well for both uses. It is much cooler than a regular hydration (back) pack--I hardly knew it was there.

I was looking for a pack just like this. It has 2 ports, one left, one right. Looks like a good valve on it, too. Haven't used it yet. I plan to take it on kayak trips.
