Very lightweight and WARM. I wear it to work, the grocery store, soccer games. The length may be a bit short for some. I am short-waisted so it works on me. You can't beat the quality of the coat for this price.

I'm amazed at how warm it is for as lightweight as it is! The style and color are great, but it does run a size small. I can always count on a size 8 for a coat, but a 10 would be better, esp with a sweater underneath! I'm sure I will get much use from this coat.

I went up a size so I could layer. The extra layer still fits, but a bit smaller than aticipated.

It is too refined to wear for hiking etc.,as the snug fit does not allow the freedom of movement sports require. It is very stylish and is also functional. It is very well made, lightweight, warm and feels great on. I love this jacket.

I got an 8 in this jacket & it is perfect for the cool fall AM's. It is warm without feeling bulky. As it is somewhat fitted, I don't think a heavy shirt or sweater, etc. would comfortably fit under it, but I have worn a longsleeved tee shirt under it without any difficulty. Amazing warmth for such a light jacket.

So much so that I went back and ordered two more colors, which I also love. I like the slim cut (the first time I had ordered too large) and the light weight feel. It's perfect for keeping warm without the bulk.

It fits under the shell perfectly but it is 90 degrees in Chicago right now, so I have yet to test it's warmth.

I fit in somewhere between 6-8 and even 10 depending on the style; I purchased a size 8 and find that the curved side seams can be a bit constraining as I have very flexible arms and shoulders. The sleeves are slightly longer than usual (25" from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve. I plan to wear it shopping, casual going out, waiting for public transportation. Not my usual style; but I'll wear it!
