By Attygirl from Massachusetts on 01/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Dries Easily, Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these gloves for skiing and thought that they would be extremely warm, based on the description. It said that the fingers were even provided extra warmth, esp. for women. This was not true at all! I wore them outside for an hour and by the end, my fingers were frozen! I usually have a problem w/cold fingers, so this just might be me, but I was so disappointed. I am returning them for a refund.
This is a great, reputable company, so I was surprised.

By Kristen from Birmingham, AL on 01/30/2008 Pros: Warm, Water Resistant, Windproof Best Uses: Any snow activities Describe Yourself: Getting Started Gear Usage: Occasional snow or cold, Winter Sports Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these gloves for myself to go skiing in March. We had that rare inch and a half of snow a couple of weeks ago here in Birmingham and I got to try them out. I wore them to throw snowballs, make a snowman, and pull a sled. They stayed perfectly warm and dry even as I scooped snow with them for my daughters' first snowman. They are a little bulky, but it's not bad. The fit seems to be fine other than that. We'll see how they do in Colorado in a few weeks.
Warm, dry, but beware of the big thumbs. By Terence from Austin, Tx on 01/18/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm, Water Resistant, Windproof Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these gloves for my girlfriend whom i took for a 9 day snowboarding trip. She is a 3rd time snowboarder, so not a beginner, but an intermediate. She liked the gloves, it was warm, perfectly dry (thank you goretex), but there was one thing that really irked her, the thumbs were way too long and big. In the end, these were much better than her old gloves, but beware of the big thumbs. They really interfere with trying to ratchet down snowboard bindings!
