A little on the small side? By WheatonMama from Wheaton, IL on 10/15/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Not bulky, Warm Best Uses: Athletics, Extreme Cold, Skiing Describe Yourself: Athletic, Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Too small for my 6 year old but perfect for my 4 year old. If it was a little bigger it would have been perfect under a ski helmet.
By Barb from MN on 01/14/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my 3-year old. It is a little big for him, but so warm and soft. I wore it running in single digit temps on a windy day and it worked great. I wish I had bought more!
By Stay at home Dad from Everett, WA on 01/06/2009 Best Uses: Athletics, Extreme Cold Describe Yourself: Athletic, Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my son. He is physically and mentally disabled. Through Outdoors for All (organization full of angels!), he gets to go skiing. He always tries to pull off anything on his face and that makes it hard to keep him warm enough. This balaclava is perfect for under his helmet and soft enough that he doesn't mind it.
By Enduring the frigid temp's from Waterville, wa on 01/04/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Extreme Cold, Snowmobiling Describe Yourself: Athletic, Comfort-oriented, High-end shopper, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For my 8 and 9 year old these fit good. They are a bit big, but still fit nicely under a helmet. I am glad that we will be able to use them for more than one season. The kids stay supper warm, due to the nice length that can tuck, and stay tucked into a jacket. Plus they are breathable. My kids now wear these, instead of hats, to even play outside they love them so much!

Peekabo protection from freezing weather By Grandma from Bellingham, WA on 01/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Warm Describe Yourself: Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Grandson (8 1/2 yrs old with larger head) finds this a good fit. We've had stormy winter weather lately with serious windchill factor and this arrived just in time to protect his face from frostbite. I bought one for his 2 1/2-year-old brother as well, and told him it was a Ninja Warrior mask. Much too big for a toddler to wear outside walking or playing in the snow, but fun to play with in the living room.
