Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I spend long hours outside all seasons, and my neck gets clobbered by the sun. My old cotton and poly/cotton bandannas were hot, itchy, and heavy. These are great - low odor retention, wicks, reflects the sun's rays, resists dirt (mostly), super-light and they can be soaked in cold water for cooling off - I bought 3.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have to preface my review by stating that this bandanna is huge! I had no idea it was going to be so big. I have to fold it several times, but I think it's better that way than being too tiny to deal with.
I've worn this for face protection when climbing Mt. Rainier, and then for head protection when coming down the mountain in the 70 degree sun. It protected my face from the wind, frost, and snow on the way up, and then protected my scalp from the sun on the way down. I also use it for my work, which keeps me outside most of the time, and the bandanna protects and cools my neck. I highly recommend it!
