Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second one. The first is still going strong after two years and I want to be sure I'm never without one. Extremely light weight, but provides complete protection from the wind and is also highly water resistant. I throw mine in my bag when weather looks iffy. Also the bright color gives me confidence when walking along a road.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The fabric is nice and pretty. I am thinking now that is kind of useless for the rain without a hood. I think that got past me in the description.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Perfect for layering. It's light weight and scrunches up very small. Keeps the wind out to make your inner layers more effective insulators, also breathes well so you don't get soggy from sweat. I love it, and just bought another.
