Hope they are warm when the weather gets cold. Not sure what the sheep top is used for. Just got them and have not used them as it hasn't been cold enough.
By Common Sense Guy from Akron, Ohio on 10/29/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves are huge. I bought a size larger for me, and (probably) two sizes larger for my wife, because of past reviews concerning the overall sizing of these gloves. I'm sure they will keep our hands warm and dry at any extreme temperature, but they do take up a lot of room (in the suitcase, if you're traveling). Looks like great quality in the manufacturing.

By Dog park junkie from Madison, WI on 10/26/2009 Pros: Water Resistant, Windproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Don't plan on using your hands for anything with these gloves on. They may be warm but you probably couldn't even open the door to GO outside with them on your hands. Not sure who they're made for. Arctic explorers possibly

By Loraxe from Ohio on 03/09/2009 Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Trying these to wear during winter forestry work and machinery operation. The finger compartment and thumb are sized well for girth, but, for my hands, are slightly too short in length.
Seem constructed well. Supple leather. We'll see how they hold up. They're fun looking mits, I hate to get them dirty!
