Great
By MrTwistoffVerified Reviewer from Boulder, CO on 10/31/2009
Pros:
Dries Easily, Warm
Cons:
Not Weatherproof
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Casual Wear, Driving, Hiking/Running
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Gear Usage:
Cold Weather Living
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
These are great for wearing around town and still being able to do things with your fingers. They're not work gloves, so it you are handling materials they'll wear. But, they are perfect for holding the dogs leash, driving, opening the mailbox, tossing a frisbee in the snow!

Well-made
By Dennis the Menace's wife from Seattle WA on 03/10/2009
Pros:
Good Grip, Warm
Best Uses:
Backcountry, Casual Wear, Driving, Hiking/Running
Describe Yourself:
Casual/ Recreational
Gear Usage:
Cold Weather Living
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
Well-finished gloves purchased as a gift so cannot rate their durability or wear yet. The fit will not be as snug as with the acrylic pair he has worn out. The ragg wool is a looser weave and will fit his average hand loosely. Would work well as liner glove inside a shell mitt.

misleading - not top quality
By chukar man from portland, or on 02/22/2009
Pros:
Nothing to praise
Cons:
Coarse loose weave, Not Warm, Not worth value, Poor Fit, Quality lacking, Trashed after 3 hunts, Wears Out Quickly
Best Uses:
Couch cowboys
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Gear Usage:
Not for chukar hunting, Winter Sports
Sizing:
Feels true to size
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
big dissapointment, coarse, loose weave, opened after a single use. fit became loose and sloppy. definitely a low quality item from off-shore manufacturer. recommend you drop the line or highlight the limitations. Not worth the price, value overstated. Same experience with the off-white and the grey/green styles.

Comments:
It's difficult to find such a simple idea that's either not too bulky or expensive. I like the feel of wool and the ease of repair with a little darning, you can't get that with modern plastic gloves.
