By Map Girl from Boston, MA on 10/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I can't wait to wear these this winter. Trying them on I could tell they would be very warm, great quality, leather is wonderfully soft, nice styling. I have a white down winter "downtown" coat that I love and I bought these to compliment it for day-to-day commuting to work. I have residual "frost bite" in a few fingers so I need to keep my body and hands warm. These will do the trick.

By Nanny from Inglewood, CA on 09/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Warm, Windproof Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have large hands and ordered a size 8, the gloves run large. Perhaps they were cut for a mans hands and not a woman.
By Queen of the Universe from Bloomington, IN on 08/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Grip, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Backcountry, Casual Wear, Driving, Hiking/Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I will be traveling to Sweden and Norway in October. Weather may be changeable, mild to very cold. I wanted a pair of warm gloves for shore excursions that would be utilitarian but look a little better. These will do nicely. The leather is soft and pliable and the liner very comfortable.
By Love the White Mountains from Lincoln, NH on 08/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Driving Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are beautiful gloves, especially for the price. Hestra quality is unmatched, and these are a more feminine version of the great ski gloves. I use them for every day wear in winter.
By Nancy from Finger lakes on 06/22/2009 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking/Running Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I expected more of a driving glove,
looks like a ski glove, a bit bulky.
Might be good for the slopes, but I
did not wear them at all. Seemed
warm on this June day. Leather is
very nice.
By Cate from Michigan on 01/04/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Grip, Snug Fit, Warm, Water Resistant, Windproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cross Country Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Warm leather gloves that allow for dexterity. The only thing I would change is to have a removable liner.
Serviceable Leather Gloves By Christine from Baltimore, MD on 12/30/2007 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The gloves felt smaller than stated; my hands are child size and they are tight on me. I ordered a size S and the label on the gloves said size 5, so I would order the next size up. The leather is soft and beautiful. The insulation is primaloft, but they weren't as warm as I expected.
Chic for city use, OR, on the slopes By Barry Z from CANADA on 12/22/2007 Pros: Classic, Mutli-Use City or Slopes, Stylish Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These gloves are quality, and the scream it, all the way through. I picked these up for my mother, who loves them. She liked: the finish, the clean look, the quality of the leather, and that the velcro strap was out of sight (inside of the wrist).
She said the fit was a *tad* tight, but then, leather stretches and forms a little with use.
If these gloves get restocked, get TWO pairs.
You won't regret it.
