must be meant for very lanky roadies doing timetrials. i'm no adonis, usually a medium- w/ this jersey perhaps an XL (shoulders & arms), but then too long.

Its lightweight and has a great snug fit, but not tight or constricting. It can best be described as form fitting. I'm 6-1, 180lbs, 43 inch chest and 33 inch waist and an extra large fits me like a glove.
