"Happy teen bikes long distance" By mom from brownville, Maine on 06/05/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Good Padding Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these shorts for my 16 year old son, so this is his first pair of bike shorts. He is pedaling from Boston to Philly with 2 friends. He loves his shorts. He rinses them out each night and they are dry in the morning for the next days ride. He claims he'd be miserable without them.
I tried them on but haven't worn them By Bill from St. Joseph, MO on 05/21/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: As other raters have said, the padding is thin.
By Rondero from Hot Springs, AR on 05/08/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Not what I thought I ordered. Too little padding in the seat.
By rodeocwby from Missouri - Gateway to the South on 05/07/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Good Padding Best Uses: Road Racing, Triathlon Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I used this product in a recent sprint triathlon. They performed very well, comfortable, dried fast, seemed to be enough padding for shorter bike distances.
By Cryin' Ryan from Western New York State on 04/21/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Best Uses: Commuting, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my first pair of bike shorts so I can't really compare them to anything but from what I can tell, they work well! They're tri-fit shorts so they're intended for riding, running, and swimming so I found that the padding is helpful but it'd probably be a good idea to get a better-padded pair if you intend to use these exclusively for long rides. For what I need them for, they're great.
Lots of flash and not enough substance By Rimfire 89131 from Las Vegas, Nevada on 04/21/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Looks stylish Best Uses: On the indoor trainer, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They look good, feel good - light weight and perfect for the weather here in Las Vegas - but "where's the padding?" Very little padding indeed; if your hiney isn't toughened up and ready for an almost "bare" feel on the saddle, these may not be for you. Despite talking bad about them, I do like them and I suppose that, for the price, they're not bad. "It's not how they feel, it's how they make you look!"
Light weight, not much padding By Dan the cyclist man from Lansing, Michigan on 04/20/2008 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: For short training rides they work well, but on longer bike hikes I would need a little more padding.

You can't go wrong with Zoot.
By Albert from Houston, TX on 04/07/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am 5'-6", and the 6-inch length looks better on me than most other biking shorts with longer lengths. I also like the color detail on the sides, which sets it apart from the all-black biking shorts. The side pockets are perfect for carrying a cell phone or credit card.
By Gordie from Washington on 03/14/2008 Pros: Dries Quickly, Durable Best Uses: Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Size on this runs a bit small compared to my other Zoot biking shorts.
