By not what I thought from tacoma wa on 07/19/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement Cons: Revealing when doing abds Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a split skirt, that reveals the shorts underneath. Problem is tho, the shorts are not opaque, and it's also reveals the knit in brief easily when on the floor doing abd work, etc. I just convinced my self to return them..
By exercise officianado from GR, Michigan on 07/15/2008 Cons: And see through, I am a size 2 petite and, Poor Fit, Under shorts are flimsy, Was too small Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a size 2 petite and these are too small. Also due to see through nature of under shorts to do any floor exercise in the gym you have to wear another layer which I dislike. These went back.

Able to wear to run errands b/4 or after workout/run. Has small key pocket in shorts part, which is help! I have 3 of these skirts.
By runner from Lakewood, CO on 07/11/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Competition, Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love it because it does not ride up your legs. It fits nicely, but rides a little low sometimes.
By gofast girl from Little Rock AR on 07/09/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought it was a great product for those who like running with the snug fit of spandex but don't want to share that look with everyone else
By DW from Clevo, OH on 07/03/2008 Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The skirt seems a bit bigger (although I usually take a medium) and the shorts are a bit too little. All in all, not the best all-around-product. However, it's cute.
Returned Both Skorts Ordered By Emily from Andover, MA on 06/27/2008 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Poor Craftsmanship, Poor Fit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I love my limited edition zebra print skort (5 in. inseam) for running so I ordered both a pink and a black Gym Girl skort, expecting similar fits. I was disappointed with the itchy, irritating and cheap quality of the "grip" strip on the shorts leg (in black skort). The inseam was also a bit shorter in the black than in the pink even thought they're supposedly the same skort style! The waist fit well on both and didn't shift down when running. Personally, the fit of the undershorts was not tight enough to keep them from riding up when running. The pink short mesh fabric is REVEALING with it's semi-transparency. Overall, I've been disappointed with the inconsistent quality of the Triks skorts: lots of loose threads, inconsistent sizing from color to color and undershorts are a very delicate fabric. I'll be trying other brands.
By Betsy from Chicago on 06/17/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Gym, Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a super cute skirt however the shorts are a bit see-thru so don't forget to wear your undies!
By ytrigirl from Chicago, IL on 06/14/2008 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Competition, Gym, Running, Team Sports, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this product! Had never run in a skirt before and was a little hesitant about it, but I think I'm going to have to buy more. They are more comfortable than running shorts, which always ride up on me. My only complaint is that since the shorts do not have grippers they ride up a little bit -- LESS though than my old running shorts. Will continue running in skirts!
