I would never wear it.

I added an elastic drawstring to mine, because the waistband is made of thin fabric and tends to roll down without it. One person complained that the skirt is slightly gathered, which made her (very thin) butt look big.

Its also very comfortable, with sufficient padding (I don't like bulky thick padding, even for long rides). The material is very nice and other than the waist being loose, no problems. I usually order things in either S and M (I'm size 6-ish) and read the other reviews so I ordered a S - very glad I did - it fits perfect!

I just did a 40 mile ride and the padding was just fine - no issues. I actually like the waistband, it's not too tight and it sits a little below your actual waist.

It is comfortable, fits well, and has good padding. I just did a 25 mile ride wearing it and was completely comfortable and happy. I feel it fits true to size with the exception that the waist was a little loose for me.
