I usually wear mediums and don't have this problem. Otherwise, it is a great jacket.

I've used it for running and found it break the wind nicely with out storing in the heat and over heating me. I plan to take it on hikes and travel for easy & featherweight packing--it should work perfect, I'm happy to find a jacket like this that has zip-pockets.

Very light wind-breaker jacket By Jen Austin from Austin, TX on 12/20/2008 Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This should be called a wind-breaker. It is not a snugly, warm jacket, but more of an over-layer that you might layer over a knit top. Very light without a cozy insulating layer.

By Tennis Lady from Atlanta, GA on 04/20/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Good Cut, Lightweight Best Uses: Biking, Daily Use, Hiking, Tennis, Travel, Workout Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Casual, Classic Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great jacket to throw in your workout bag or to put on after tennis when you join the girls for lunch and it's air conditioned. It also stops the wind so is the perfect weight for spring/fall days when a regular jacket or sweater is too much. Ultralight weight so easy to throw in a suitcase as a "just in case" jacket.
