It is awesome to run in, and it's so comfy you don't want to take it off. I initially ordered a large cuz I wanted if to be loose and not tight for running, but it runs super small. I'm not a large woman by any means (size 6-8). I ended up returning the large and got an extra large and now it's perfect.

I'm not a big woman and ordered a large just so it would be comfy for runs on cool days, etc. It fits, but it's not super roomy. I'm swapping it out for an XL which surprised me that I had to do that.
