This short is perfect for me and everything I was looking for in running shorts- even the built-in brief fits really well. The only exception is the lack of secure key pocket. Otherwise, a great product. I wish I'd bought two of them.

I love the lower waist which is flattering and comfortable and the material is so lightweight you hardly know you're wearing them. Sometimes I even sleep in them.

These shorts are light, comfy and I love the zip pocket for ID. Shorter than I usually wear but probably just right for amount of sweat I produce.

These fit all of those needs. They sit below the waist, which I like, and are so light I hardly know I'm wearing them. I love the cute trim at the waist with matching liner. Too bad these are being discontinued. I've ordered another pair, before they're all gone, I like them so much.

The only thing I was unhappy with (maybe not unhappy, more like surprised) was that the lining/breifs of the shorts (I got them in brown)was this crazy purple tiger striped fabric! The fabric also shows a bit at the top of the waistband. Looking more closely at the image online you can see a hint of it, but I definitely wasn't expecting it!
Not a deal-breaker but it does make me feel a little self-concious...like I ought to be wearing platform heels and a feather boa while hiking...

The shorts are comfortable and cool. The liner is cute and keeps the shorts more modest for workouts.

They do sit a little lower at the waist than I like; however, that didn't keep me from wearing them as intended. Love the built-in brief.
