Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really love these shorts, and will probably buy a second pair. They fit well, are flattering, and I like the length--not too short. They're very comfortable. I bought them as running shorts, but plan now to also wear them for hiking and kayaking. I tried a lot of different shorts, and these by far are the best fit.
