nice running gear - perfect over tanktop By charmschool from MI on 10/09/2009 Describe Yourself: Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: midweight fabric is smooth and comfortable. I'm going to wear it for running in cooler weather. I wear tank tops w/ the built in jogbra so I don't need to worry about breast coverage. You def. would be hard pressed to wear this shrug alone - perfect over a tank for smaller breasted gals (like me).
if you were very tall and/or had sizeable breasts it would probably fit weird.
Use Instead of Arm Warmers for Cycling By Bike Lady from Santa Cruz, CA on 09/28/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered this shrug because bicycle arm warmers make your arms look like sausages. The material is heavier than I expected. The sleeves are long so I have to roll them up (but I'm short). As stated in the other reviews, if you lift your hands over your head the top rides up and might show your breasts. However, I will be wearing thins over a bike jersey so I really don't care. It was a great value for the money.
Too tight at top, too big at midriff. By Snickers from Mission, texas on 07/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, High Quality Cons: Very tight at shoulders Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Trendy Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These tops are so cute! Unfortunately they are way too tight at the shoulders and bust and hang open three or four inches at the midriff. In other words they are way too big at the midriff. I will have to return them.
Good for dance/pilates class By Debbie Does-Alot from Neversink, NY on 06/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Trendy Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a Dancer, Pialtes & Yoga instructor. I use this shrug over a leotard or tank to keep the chill off my arms. I am a 34 B and have no problem with the short length. Love the attention to detail - "Making sweat look good" is printed on the inside of the chest band. I have both colors, too!
too short; not fitted below the bust By groovy from minneapolis, mn on 06/01/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: i like the fabric, but the fit is strange. i'm small chested, but the top doesn't seem to come down appropriately over the chest. and, since it's not tighter at the bottom edge, it shrugs up with movement. i bought it to wear when i teach cycle/aerobics so that i can wear the mic belt and take off the top after warm up without getting my sweater getting tangled up in the mic cord. i think it will still be good for that. and, the fabric seems nice and wicking, so i'm excited to use it for working out!
Perfect for Costume/Dance Class By Paula from Syracuse, NY on 05/16/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, High Quality Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm between sizes, so tried the only one available, but it was too small.
By La India from Baltimore, MD on 05/11/2009 Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I had to return this because it didn't fit. I'm tall so the bottom of it hit me right across the bust line. It might be good for someone who is shorter. I ordered a large, and the shoulders fit but the chest was too big.
Cute, fun, and nice warmth By Calypso from MA on 05/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The substantial fabric provides some nice warmth. It fits very closely, but is very flattering.
By dd from Los Angeles, CA on 05/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Form fitting, Lightweight Best Uses: Exercise, Going Out Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've had the red shrug over a month and love it so I ordered the black. I have very thin arms and love the compression type fabric. I wear lots of layers and this keeps me warm without the bulk. It's small but going up a size worked perfectly. I am used to Hind's trim fit in some of their sportswear. Love the Hind brand.
