I'm a C cup so it's hard to find a sportive bra, this is great for high impact activities. However the size chart is a touch confusing, I'm a 34C and the medium fits great. I'm buying more today!

The small fits and feels better for me. My workouts usually include a variety of higher impact activities that require more stability and support. I am a 32-D so I wasn't sure what size to get. The medium does offer support when in a spin class or other low impact activities. However, for running and other cross training work outs i like the support and lack of movement the small offers. Overall a great sports bra!

The Large is still a bit snug for my preference,(I prefer to not limit my diaphragm's ability to expand) but I'm living with it. If you want VERY SNUG, this is for you.

It feels almost like wearing two shirts with this bra. However, it is a good wicking material, so not too hot.
