This one, however is on the opposite side of the scale from that. The fabric in the shelf bra is very thin and therefore not very flattering-- even to an average bra size gal (34B) like me. It almost needs a sports bra under it!--if that's the case, I suggest ordering one size up.

I bought it for hiking in the AZ heat and it performs like a dream. The shelf bra is great for low-impact activities for anyone up to a D cup, but wouldn't support those of us with anything over a A cup for anything else (unless you wear a sports bra underneath).
