I require a wide range of movement and breatheability in my work shirts, and this item fits every description. I'm on the slim slide however, so I found that the waist and arms were too wide and had to have them tailored. I also wish that there was more length to the shirt, as it hits awkwardly at the top of my hips. It does, however, remain tucked into my pants. Overall, it is a great value for the price and is made of a nice, thick material.

I think I like the cotton better than the dryflex, but the dryflex came in some nice prints. I wear a 12 and the large was fitted, which was fine. Also I am 5'8", and length was great, sleeves long enough.
