By Seoul Rider from Seoul, Korea on 01/05/2010 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read the reviews about this shirt and thought I'd take the chance based on the super low price. I didn't have any problem with the fit of the shirt as I'm a pretty slender guy but unlike what a couple reviewers said this shirt did ride up on me. Never got a chance to wear it on a ride because simply reaching my arms in front of me, as they would be on handlebars, turned this shirt into a midrift. Not exactly my style or what I was hoping for. If you are slim and have a shorter torso this shirt would probably be perfect for you
By Running Fire from Richmond, VA on 12/29/2009 Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm a mountain bike triathloner. Haven't used it in action yet, but I think it will be comfortable for the duration of a race. Feels a little more snug compared to Zoot tri-tank.
By Boulder Runner from New York on 12/08/2009 Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the worst biking top I ever tried on. I always have liked Hind products but not this one. It is undersized and has a terrible cut. Doesn't have pockets. The white part of the shirt, although made to look faded actually looks dirty. [...]
By Goodnick from White Plains, NY on 10/07/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The size ran extremely small, to the point that it is unusable.
top for competitive triathlons By Dan from Raleigh, NC on 09/21/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good shoulder movement, Lightweight, Low drag, Stylish Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm 5'9", 160 lbs. Purchased singlet for competitive triathlons. Medium fit as I expected. It is snug, but does not restrict breathing. Good fit for swimming leg to reduce drag. Waist is tightest, and it is tricky to get it off over my lats/shoulders when wet ... however that also causes it not to ride up.
By tri guy from St. paul mn. on 08/23/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It fits snug but that's how it's made
By Mosearch from Point Richmond, CA on 07/29/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This thing is smaller than small; if you want one, order it two sizes bigger than normal.
By TRI-V-AL from City of Champions, Pgh PA on 07/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: To be fair, I've only used this shirt for 1 race so far but it worked great. Unrestrictive for swim, aero on bike and nice zipper to cool off on run. Two small back pockets fit small (10 oz) H2O bottle, power bar or couple gel packs. Felt comfortable throughout the race.
Good quality, but smaller than expected By Z from DC on 07/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Lightweight Best Uses: Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Chest Size: Feels too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great quality, but the sizing runs very small apparently. I really can't wear them with the size I ordered, sadly.
By Tri247 from Atlanta, GA on 06/28/2009 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is good race day or training day wear. Just don't skimp on your sunscreen. I've used/abused it in Olympic and Half Iron distance triathlons and in training. You can swim, run and bike in it without having to change. It's just one less thing to worry about in T1 and T2. The only thing better for the money was the Hind Kona singlett and they no longer have them. Some of the reviewers keep commenting that it's "too tight". To me tight = less water and air resistance. Pockets in the back are good for GU gels, salt tablets, asprin and small energy bars (NOT USED DURING THE SWIM). The only con is that the photos from all my races look the same -- black and white top, black shorts -- the only difference is the race number. See you at the finish line.
