No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This item was purchased for running. It is high quality, well made and fits great. The only problem...it does not wick and dries very slowly. Half way into my run I was soaked and the shirt became heavy and did not dry as advertised. I actually started to overheat. I no longer use it for running only casual wear, which it does a fine job. I went back to my lower priced former brand with which I am very happy.

I bought it for my husband. He usually wears a size Large. This shirt runs big. I had to exchange it for a Medium.
It is well made, and looks very durable. Nice color!
