The way these are designed they can be worn alone if the weather is warm or under a pair of pants if it's chilly. Wish there were more sizes and colors left, I'd buy them.

I marked "Feels too big" above, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Rather, it's very loose-fitting, so it's not easily outgrown. I have a 30 lb 18 month old, and 18M still fits just fine (unlike most of his other clothes... *sigh*).
Be aware: The tag says not to use the romper as sleepwear. We were doing it, until I noticed that... I think it's because it's pretty easy for the baby to get one arm out through the neck hole, which (although it's never made him uncomfortable) could probably be dangerous if they're sleeping...
