By The Outdoor Lovers from Houston, Texas on 10/30/2009 Pros: Breathable, Camo Design, Comfortable, Warm Best Uses: Bird Hunting, Casual Wear, Cold Climate Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My husband and I both have this jacket and truly love it. I ordered mine first and when he saw the quality he wanted one as well. My favorite thing about this jacket is the fact that it does not have the elastic waist band that rides up when you raise your arms to shoot. I also like the fact that it has a metal zipper. This jacket will get a lot of use this hunting season and many to come. Thanks Sierra for another quality product!!

It smells terrible when you unpack it- but the smell comes off in the washer no problem.
By WYOHUNTER from Wyoming on 10/14/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Bird Hunting, Casual Wear Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is pretty nice, but the orange side doesnt have pockets and the length seems a little short. I do like the jacket for its light weight.
By 4X Hawkeyes from S.E. Pennsylvania hunt in North Central. on 09/07/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Lightweight Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Bird Hunting Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm just gonna use it for archery, but to wear it comfortably I'd have to lose some of my gut.
No ammo pockets on blaze orange side.
2X doesn't mean tapered fit, it means big fat dude.
Shame you didn't have 3X,then I could get a sweatshirt underneath.Hope it holds up.
The thing was cheap enough.
If you can look down and see your toes,it's worth buying one.

By ton57-3 from new mexico on 04/05/2009 Cons: Needs more pockets, Stiff Best Uses: Big Game Hunting Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: bought this jacket as a middle of the road warmer for big game hunting when one needs orange or can use camo. not a lot of pockets. will work great in some situations, but not all-Oryx hunting on white sands missile range or antelope hunting in the open plains early in the am are good uses. seems stiff out of the box.

By savy shopper from Mpls, MN on 03/02/2009 Pros: Breathable, Camo Design, Comfortable, Warm Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Bird Hunting, Cold Climate Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered the jacket for my son who is 15. He on this jacket only 2 on the camo side and no pockets at all on the orange side. The zipper is excellent quality and heavy duty metal which is hard to find in any jacket now days and I know will hold up for years to come. Most have the nylon that will seperate. I read a review that someone said it was to shiny, but that is not the case on his as the hem over the zipper covers it quite well. The length was perfect for him but I wish I would have ordered a size larger just so he could more comfortably layer if needed and have room for growth. All in all excellent for the price and he is very pleased with it.
By Scott O from Phoenix, AZ on 02/27/2009 Pros: Camo Design, Lightweight Best Uses: Big Game Hunting Describe Yourself: Recreational Hunter Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The hunter orange lining feels cheap and the zipper is a little clunky. However, for [$] I am not going to dog this deal. To get the upgrades this review suggests would put it in another price range. We do most of our hunting in the high desert, where rain and snow are rarely encountered, so I was notlooking for a waterproof design.
