They are comfy enough that he keeps them on. What more is there to say, both my husband and I always have at least one pair of Acorn slippers in use and my children deserve them as well.

I bought a red pair (which are very bright red) for him as a school-related reward, and he loves them. I also purchased a blue pair for my younger son. Compare red and blue colors to Elmo colored, and Cookie monster colored (a la Sesame Street). No complaints, but I haven't had to wash them, so not yet known how they will look after I wash them, or how they will hold up to my washing machine.

When we buy them for our children they get all the usefulness out of them and they grow way too fast to wear them out. On to the next kid is what we say around here when it's time to pass them along. And, there's a lot of wear left in these for a couple of kids.
