By Shopping Deal Queen from Albuquerque, NM on 11/11/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Warm Cons: Shearling rough feel, Sleeves too tight Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Classic, High-end shopper, Shopping Expert, Stylish Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This jacket is good looking, warm, and comfortable even though the shearling isn't soft. "Relaxed Fit" only means wider at the hips. Sleeves are very narrow. Unless you have rail thin arms you will need to order up one size to wear the jacket even with only a blouse or shirt. Jacket won't fit over a sweater.
beautiful jacket -- trim fit By jelopi from northern sweden (don't ask...) on 12/08/2007 Best Uses: Casual Wear, Going Out Chest Size: Feels too small Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This coat is beautiful (I have the one with the darker lining). I love the color and quality of the shearling and the cut is quite tailored and flattering. I would say, though, that it is a trim fit and feels maybe ~a half size small -- especially across the shoulders/around the chest (and, no, I'm definitely not a busty linebacker -- I usually wear size S shirts and bought a size 6 jacket). So I can wear this as a mid-weight coat, but no room for layering warm sweaters underneath. Overall, I love it.
