It seems to have an Italian cut with more chest room and a narrow waist cut.

Sleeves are very long; body of shirt is huge in diameter. It seems like a mis-sized Large or even XL! If it does not shrink in the wash, it probably goes back for a smaller size.
Super cool, well ventilated on a hot day, yet less casual than a T shirt. Good value, even though the buttons on this particular one were sewed on upside down !?
