By Function gal from Seattle, WA on 03/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Lightweight, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Overall the sweater fits well. What I don't like is the last button which always pops open and it looks much better buttoned. I am not 'busty' nor particularly large in the shoulders, so beware. The sweater is long as shown. Longer than my winter coat so I look a little sloppy when I go out, but once the coat is off, I get lots of compliments!
By Yoga girl from Fort Collins, CO on 02/23/2009 Pros: Flattering, Great Color, Soft, Stylish, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm allergic to some wools and not others, and I was hoping that alpaca would be something that would work. This sweater is soft to the touch, but somehow very itchy once I put it on, so I had to return it. If it didn't irritate my skin, I'd have definitely kept it, as it feels wonderfully soft and the look is very flattering.

I have no argument with the quality at all, it just didn't flatter me.

By hard to please from Columbia Maryland on 02/13/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Lightweight, Soft, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Cons: Sleeves are too short Best Uses: Night Out, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too short Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great sweater! It's flattering and warm at the same time. I have to wear the sleeves pulled up to 3/4 length though, to make up for the fact that they are about an inch too short for me. I do have long arms for a woman, but there's usually a little extra on sleeves that can be rolled up for a shorter length. This sweater would be PERFECT if the sleeves were an inch and a half longer.
By ginks from palm desert, ca on 02/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Night Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Classic Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I knit a lot and the yarn in this sweater is very nice alpaca. Alpaca is a well-performing soft yarn for great warmth but without too much weight. I'd love it in red.
Most Compliments Received on a Sweater By Chefveronique from Fishers Island, NY on 02/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Great Color, Soft, Stylish, Versatile, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Trendy/Stylish Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm usually allergic to wool, and although this does make my eyes itchy, I receive so many compliments it's worth the Allergra. I ordered it in Gray and it goes with so many combinations, it's definatly a wardrobe must have.
By Kia from Vancouver, BC on 01/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Warm Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am 5'10" and 160 lbs, and ordered both a L (black) and XL (grey) to get the right size. The L is easily big enough, and sleeve length is perfect, even a bit long. The XL is just a tad longer and very slightly wider, the sleeves not longer (and neither one closes over the hips). Can barely decide between them (especially as it is a really nice grey). The fabric is light and very stretchy but the garment falls well except that it if it develops static it clings a little, I think this is if worn with anything synthetic, or perhaps the sweater contains a little nylon. Warmth is reduced by the open front but it's quite flattering worn buttoned or unbuttoned.
