By Animal Lover from Houston, Texas (too hot!) on 07/27/2008 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like these shoes for wearing with jeans going to the grocery store or running errands. I can't wear this kind of shoe to work or I would (but I sit at a desk mostly). I don't know that they would be that comfortable if you were on your feet all day as they don't offer much arch support. But for [$] and a few cents...definitely worth it.
By jessiemom from Houston, TX on 07/21/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Shoe would be great if it were not so wide.
No shoestrings...just slip them on & go! By Mother Nature from Oregon on 07/15/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable Sole Best Uses: Comfort, Home, I even garden in them, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual, Comfort quality, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The greatest thing about the fit, for me, is the good square toe-room. The sturdy, yet trim design is great. I love these slipper shoes.

By CUL8R from Downingtown, PA on 07/14/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe fits comfortably but I do need to tap my toes into the end of the shoe to get my foot all the way in. Goes well with jeans.
Good alternative to slippers By S.M. from Newtown Square, PA on 07/07/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this shoe as an alternative to slippers as I have plantar fasciitis and cannot wear traditional slippers. Cushioning and arch support are the most important features in a shoe for me. This shoe has great cushioning, but I will have to add additional arch support to make the shoe suitable. I have high arches, though, so I don't think that everyone would have this issue.
By megablc from Mustang, OK on 06/13/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Everday Casual, Home, Outdoors Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second pair of these Acorn Transits. I wear orthodics, so I initially remove the insoles till I get the shoes broke in. Then I replace in the original insoles, that make the shoes very soft.
By vorpal hamster from Oregon on 06/09/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I love Acorns and I have a burgeoning collection. I have several pairs of Wrapsody's and I thought these would be an alternative. Not so much. I wear an 8 in Acorn slippers and a 9 in their street shoes. These 9's were waaaay too short. Although the width was good, they looked very wide. I'll stick with the Wrapsody.
By poodlemama from Portland, OR on 06/04/2008 Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: this is a very comfortable, shoe, and the price is great. not the most stylish, but not ugly! i ordered 3 colors, and sent one back, but kept the other 2. for some reason all of the shoes sent me were wide? at least it said W on the boxes, but they fit great, even though i do not have a wide foot.
