Nice color, too. But on my big head it's just a bit silly -- too tight and a bit too head hugging. But the double layer is what you need in the cold weather and I don't mind causing a little laughter in the yard while making a snowman with the kids. This hat fills the bill. Dries easily after getting a hefty dousing of snow. Can fit under your parka's hood and looks more stylish than a beanie.

Love that it's lightly lined. I have a HUGE head fits me perfectly...I have a hard time with knit hats. However, if your head was smaller, the way it's knit you can simply pull it down lower. Great for N. California winters,(blustery windy chilly)don't know how it would be for real winter: snow,wind chill. Cons: it's just whimsical enough I might have to keep friends from trying to snatch it off my head. Imagine I'll look goofy, don't care. Love it.
