We purchased the colorful reptile ones. They stay on well and he doesn't slip on our hardwood floors. However, he wears a size 1.5 normally and these slippers marked size 13.5 to 3 barely fit him. I had hoped they would last two winters - the quality will - but he will grow out of them soon. Order big!
By Volleyball mom from Roxbury, CT on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I needed a pair of warm and secure slippers for my son this winter. He loves them. He can wear them with or without socks. His feet are plenty warm. Easy on and off for parents, but they stay on even with a very active climber. He needed a day to get used to the extra space in the front -- he's a size 7, right in the middle of the small size (6-8).

They are warm and durable so far. He wears them with and without socks. His feet stay warm either way. Easy on and off for parents, but they stay on even with a very active climber. My daughter hasn't taken them off... By Trish from Rocket City on 10/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Durable Sole, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Comfort, Home, Lounging Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought the adult, outdoor (rubber sole) version of these for myself last year and my toddler seemed interested in having a pair for herself...so when I saw these on sale in her favorite PINK LEOPARD I pounced. The slippers have been steadily used since arrival and she has no complaints about fit, I have none about performance. I would have liked to have an outdoor sole but these are still durable enough for the back deck and a scurry to the mailbox.
She loves them and they will most likely last and fit for well over a year - the range is generous but the snug ankle makes it a comfortable size for growing feet. She currently wears a toddler/little girl's 9 and we bought the 8-10 (I think).
Good deal, great for a holiday gift - better than most of what you'll find in the department store for a child.

By kathy from Iowa on 10/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Soft, Warm Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My 2 yr old grandson wears a size 9 shoe. I bought a small slipper. They are too big and he wont wear them. Hopefully they will fit better as the winter wears on.

He can almost get them on and off by himself which is a plus. They are well made and will last until he grows out of them.
By astridmom from Flagstaff, AZ on 10/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Warm Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My 6 year old daughter loves these slippers. She likes the cute print, and they fit her very well. It is nice that the slippers come up above her ankles so that they stay on when she plays. This is her second pair of Acorn slippers (she outgrew the first pair), and we are very happy with both the quality and style.
