I bought them because of the out-of-season clearance price and all this past winter, I had been looking for boots, similar for a a less expensive price. They are trendy, and plain. The only thing I do notice is that on the toe the leather "pooches" up a little. But, this is really a very minor thing to deal with.

our house is cold and damp in the winter; these help me stay warm so i don't have to heat the entire house... and that helps save energy and fights global warming. Right?
