Great jacket great features By warm and dry in winter from malden, Ma on 03/29/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Windproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Has a lot of good features including draw cord on body and hood snow skirt, pit zips and is waterproof and breatheable. Only possible drawback is material is not as supple as some nylons, a litle stiff.
By Jen from Wisconsin on 03/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Windproof Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great lighweight coat to protect from wind and snow. The only downfall I found with this jacket is that I haven't found a reasonable priced liner that fits inside it for those below zero days we see often here in WI. But overall - great coat - great style.

There is plenty of room for a sweater and base layer underneath, and it has a lot of pockets for ipods, cell phones, gloves, etc. It's very waterproof and warm.

Sweet and Fun - very light weight too By marathonmark from san juan islands, WA on 05/06/2008 Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Lots of Pockets, Warm, Waterproof, Wind Resistant Best Uses: Foulweather gear Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Chest Size: Feels true to size Gear Usage: Boating foulweather gear, Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: this is the parka I've been waiting for. It is light weight - my other combo parkas are WAY too heavy and cause fatigue. This one zips in any Marmot stuff and I can run and work hard without getting wornout from the weight of any gear.
