Good only for straight handlebars By Granny biker from Pennsylvania on 05/03/2008 Pros: Good capacity for its siz Cons: Doesn't fit drop bars Best Uses: Mountain Biking, Road Riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Comments: It's a nice little bag, but you must have a straight stem and straight handlebars, else it won't attach properly.
By Charlie M. from San Diego, CA on 04/21/2008 Pros: Great size, Secure Straps, Well made Best Uses: Bicy, Biking, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Love this bike bag! Perfect size for keys, phone, Powerbars and other small pocket misc. on day rides. Fits great on the handlebars and stem, secures nicely w/3 Velcro closures. Well-made zipper opens and closes easily while riding. Mesh outer pocket is handy for coins or Chap Stick or whatever. Very attractive styling too.
Easy on and off. Easy access. By Cyclist from Oregon on 04/01/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a good alternative to an under seat bag. I will probably use it in addition to a seat bag on long rides to keep my energy bars separate from my extra tubes and CO2 cartridges. Great for holding a cable lock too.
By Bike Commuter from Silver Spring, MD on 03/21/2008 Pros: Convenient storage, Durable, Easy to mount Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is a great size - big enough to hold your sunglasses, cell phone, wallet, etc. But not as big as most handlebar bags, which seem too bulky and distracting unless you're taking a long tour. Outer pouch is handy for small items. Seems very secure, durable, and easy to attach.
Works well on my hybrid city bike, but doesn't really work on my road bike. There are three mounting points, so it expects the stem to run straight down from the center of the handlebars. You could mount it on a road bike, but then the top zipper would be horizontal (facing the front) which would be less convenient.
By Viscum from Rockville, MD on 02/03/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent small handlebar bag to keep on all the time. Perfect to keep small items accessible without stopping (sunglasses, trail mix, cell phone, camera, etc.). Fits neatly over the stem. Small enough not to interfere with other handlebar mounted items (e.g., cyclocomputer, ligths).
