I really got it for sea kayaking, but my down bag fits perfectly!

By Mad Mac from Houston, TX on 06/15/2008 Describe Yourself: Motorcyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This product may be just fine for boaters and campers. I wanted rainproof luggage for motorcycle trips and bought this small all-purpose bag and a Pacific Outdoor Equipment LTW Pneumo Dry Bag. I prefer the Pneumo because of the purge valve, color and light weight.
Good size for short trips By vermontstergirl from Eastern CT on 05/15/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity Cons: Not enough lash points Describe Yourself: Outdoor Girl Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We used this bag for the first time on a short canoe outing last weekend. The bag is well sized for this, carrying a couple long-sleeved Buzz Off Shirts, our Micro Pelican case (contains phone and car keys), and a small first aid kit with some room left over. It's a nice size for a short trip where you need the essentials plus a snack or maybe your binoculars/camera. My biggest problem is that it only has one attachment point at the top...it would be nice to have another ring at the bottom of the bag so you can lash it to the bottom of your seat or to the thwart. I wouldn't trust my electronics etc. to a dry bag without extra protection, but the seal seems pretty good for items you don't plan to drag through the water.
