Quality seemed better than I anticipated, however, it is a stretch to say this insulated--barely.

They don't, but they are still nice and a great value. It took me about three minutes to install each one (and that was mostly taking down the old hardware).

I'm not sure how much energy we will save by using them. We were hoping to cut down on heating and cooling bills.

happened to me before. Someone needs to proofread
