do people at High Sierra ski? By night gardener from Charleston, SC USA! on 01/23/2009 Best Uses: Extended Trips, Travel Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: First off, I have not even used my bag yet. That being said, I noticed some features that were a little troubling with the design, hence my review headline. In reading other reviews, space may be an issue but again, haven't used yet. Design flaws - offset handle for pulling?! makes no sense, I want to use both wheels when rolling. No handle at top end of bag to pull - I guess the US ski team members have others carry their gear. Doesn't open full length of bag, just inconvenient for those of us who use their ski bag as luggage. Bottom line, it was [$], I'll make it work, and I do have a duffel of theirs from 1985 that I still use with some of my own mending. If your using the bag, you saved some dough and you're hitting the snow, so it can't be that bad - have fun.
By Ski traveler from Issaquah WA on 01/23/2009 Pros: Great Capacity, Protective Best Uses: Extended Trips, Travel Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice looking double ski bag. Taking my buddy's skis in the same bag saves $$ in extra luggage costs with the airlines. It's an incredible price.

High Sierra Wheeled Ski Bag By Ray from St. Louis, MO on 01/21/2009 Pros: Great Capacity, Lightweight, Reasonably priced Best Uses: Extended Trips, Travel Describe Yourself: Advanced Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This product is used to transport two sets of skis, using the airlines, to our ski destinations. Using this bag has allowed us to cut down on he number of checked bags with the airlines, thus minimizing the airlines checked baggae charges. The ski bag is large enough to include some dedicated ski clothing in the bag.
By skierinohio from cleveland ohio on 01/20/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great traveling bag - I was able to pack 2 pairs of skis, poles, jackets, pants and goggles into the bag. There is plenty of room and the padding really protects skis. Its easy to roll. The bag is a little on the big side, but its great for traveling on ski vacations with a family of 6.
By Canada bound from Denver, CO on 01/15/2009 Pros: Great Capacity, Lightweight, Protective, Water Resistant Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bag holds 2 pair of adults skis, 1 pair of kid skis, 3 sets of poles with plenty of room to spare. It has tie down straps, tough zippers and a very nice handle. Worth twice the price.
Great price for occasional air travel By dallasguy from Dallas, TX on 01/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Other reviews indicated the offset carry handle is a problem, and I agree, using the handle causes the bag to only roll on one wheel. But, I still purchased the bag since the price was great and I only travel by air to ski twice a year. Therefore, I use the front strap to pull the bag and that utilizes both wheels.
