I also own the fugitive in wide and it does not have enough volume for my foot. The FSN 85 is my go to summer boot. They breathe very well and offer lots of support. Not bad for a lighter type of boot.

I also hike in them. Very comfortable and have great support. I'am a 12 with average width.toes go to sleep if I tighten the laces to tight. 1/2 a size larger may have been the ticket had it been available.

Have found them to offer good support and are comfortable to wear. I can't fault them for construction, all stitching secure. Living here in New Zealand they are getting a good work out.

I had no trouble keeping up climbing one of Colorados 14ers due to its light weight. I was very impressed with the water resistance of this non gore-tex boot.
