The opening is small and uncomfortable for the foot to go through. I bought her the size 4's too, and they are even hard to get her foor in too.

And they're CUTE! The foot bed is cushy, comfy. A few cons: Had to shove her square foot in for a while; now they slip a tad on her heel. The soft leather is easily scraped with active toddler use. And the elastic gores are stretching out some. Hoping they hold until she outgrows them.
